Living and working in Melbourne (Naarm) Zoe believes in the transformative power of the arts to document, honour and witness the human experience. She sees the process of the art making as a way to offer a connection to self and others.

Creative Arts Therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Creative Arts Therapy can involve the use of art, music, drama, dance/movement, poetry/creative writing, bibliotherapy, play or sand play.

Zoe has been working with both children and adults for the last 15 years. She works from a person-centred approach and offers a safe a holding space to explore and create. Zoe will not interpret your artwork but rather offer a space for the client to make their own meaning. Zoe works with traditional and non traditional art materials in her workshops and sessions.
